May 1st is a day of special significance for the Labor movement and CWA Local 7799. While it has been hijacked in recent years by anti-worker and anti-union forces, our local is committed to honoring the day staying true to the origins of this sacred labor holiday. Let’s celebrate its birth as a day of world-wide solidarity, a day to remember past struggles, a day to demonstrate our hope for a better future, and CWA Local 7799's birthday!
Join us at the Colorado Capitol steps on May 1st at 6PM, where we will stand in solidarity as workers, demonstrate how vulnerable the ruling class is without our labor and collectively show the power we have together to dismantle oppression.
